Wednesday Wellness: BlindSided ProjectLeave a comment
August 13, 2019 by Marguerite Ashton
Hello! I hope all is well.
Today is the day for my first podcast for Criminal Lines: Pages From The Life of a Crime Writer. It’s also a personal moment for me as I open up about my struggle with anxiety. It has been a long road for me since the early 2000s. But here I am, taking it one day at a time.
I’ve tied this podcast in with the pre-launch for my BlindSided Project that will be on Kickstarter. (9/20/19) I’m really excited since this focuses on mental health and how we need to break the stigma that surrounds it.
I enjoyed recording, but as soon as I hit record, my anxiety kicked in. 😦
